Archieva started the way most good companies start — out of frustration. The founders had spent years inside larger logistics firms and watched the same scene play out: importers waiting on phone calls that never came, paperwork lost in someone's drawer, and fees that quietly multiplied between origin and destination.
So we built the opposite. One single point of contact per shipment. One quote that doesn't change. One promise: that your cargo would land where it was meant to, when it was meant to. We've been doing it from a small office behind the MTN building in Community One, Tema, ever since — and the network we've grown now reaches every continent that ships to West Africa.

Our Logistics Coordinators keep every shipment on track by carefully coordinating the many moving parts of the logistics process. With a proactive approach and attention to detail, they ensure cargo moves efficiently while keeping clients informed every step of the way. They book the space, line up the haulage, and keep the customs file moving alongside the cargo — so one slow checkpoint doesn't hold up everything behind it.
