Quotes and shipping

A quote you request through this website is an estimate, not a contract. Prices depend on carrier rates, port charges, duties, cargo details, and timing — all of which move. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and submitting a form does not create a booking.

When you go ahead with a shipment, the work is governed by the separate written agreement, booking confirmation, and transport documents we issue for it, together with our standard trading conditions. Those documents — not this website — set out what we are responsible for, including any limits on liability for loss, damage, or delay.

Transit times and information on this site

Any transit times, coverage, statistics, or service descriptions on this site are indicative and given in good faith. Sailings, customs processing, and port conditions are outside our control, and delays can happen for reasons no forwarder can prevent.

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but we don't warrant that everything is complete or current at every moment.

Using the site properly

• Don't submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
• Don't use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
